I noticed earlier today that someone from outside the U.S. had linked to my blog.

The link was to the post OpenDS: On Being Bitten By The Hand That Once Fed You.

Had that link come from inside the U.S., or had it been to a post about the XO, then I would not have started the GoToXo Project.

Can you explain why?
